Terms & Conditions
1.No parties or events in the house
2.Do not exceed the agreed upon number of guests in the house
3.Do not move the furniture around
4.Do not take chairs from inside to the patio
5.Do not Enter the house when wet or sandy
6.Rinse off & dry thoroughly before entering the house
7.Do not use house towels for the beach or patio
8.Do not sit on furniture while wearing a wet bathing suit
9.Do not put any food items in the kitchen sink
10.Do not put toilet paper or any other foreign objects in the toilet as the septic tank will clog. All paper should be put in the trash.
11.Please use the water sparingly as it is trucked in and stored in a holding tank.
12.Wash all your dirty dishes prior to departure
13.Remove all trash from kitchen and bath prior to departure
